Nando's is undoubtedly one of our cherished family dining establishments. We eagerly anticipate our monthly visits to indulge in their delectable offerings. However, our recent experience fell short of our usual expectations. Regrettably, the staff seemed somewhat lacking in enthusiasm and warmth. It would greatly benefit the establishment if the team exhibited more proactivity and wore brighter smiles, creating a welcoming ambiance. To our dismay, one of our ordered items, the chicken tichando, arrived at our table after an arduous wait of five minutes. Additionally, the grilled chicken failed to maintain the desired level of warmth and sizzling hotness that we have come to anticipate from Nando's. Despite these disappointments, our overall experience today can be deemed satisfactory. We would, however, recommend that the management place a greater emphasis on fostering a polite and active environment for both their patrons and staff alike.

Nandos lived up to its expectations! The peri peri bites were yummy as always with the sauce! The pulled chicken humus with pita was also great. The butterfly chicken with cheese was well cooked and served as a healthy and fulfilling meal ! Ambience was great!

Had a wonderful time at Nando’s! The team made my wife’s birthday so special by singing and clapping – it was such a sweet gesture. A big shout-out to staff, who make us feel important and welcomed. Truly memorable service!

The peri-peri bites remain a standout appetizer, delivering the perfect blend of spice and flavor. The butterfly chicken with cheese is cooked to perfection, providing a fulfilling meal that's both healthy and delicious. The ambiance is inviting, making it an ideal spot for both casual lunches and family dinners. However, there's room for improvement in service speed during peak hours, and attention to food temperature upon serving would enhance the overall experience. Introducing fresh juice options could also elevate the beverage menu. Overall, it's a commendable spot for peri-peri enthusiasts.

Good food and ambiance. Pretty packed place at lunch and dinner peak hours. Food is very consistent. Chicken is juicy and wedges are very good. Rice is always a hit n miss. Espadata Carnival is my go to dish. Special drinks unfortunately are not so special. They should introduce fresh juices instead much healthier and flavourful option.
